Sunday Worship Services
Sundays during the sermon of our 10:30am Worship service
8:30-9:30am – 1st WORSHIP SERVICE
9:40-10:20am – SUNDAY SCHOOL
10:30-11:45am – 2nd WORSHIP SERVICE

Children and Worship is offered at the 10:30am service for children from ages 3 through 1st grade.
The Nursery is available for children under the age of 3 beginning at 9:40am.
Sunday School
Mt Pleasant Church has a variety of adult Sunday School classes, offering Scripture study and Christian living topics, as well as different learning styles. Adults can also expect each class to be Bible-based and to reinforce memorizing the Westminster Shorter Catechism in Modern English. All adults from post-High School and beyond are welcome in any class.
Bible Study and Prayer Meeting
Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the Gathering Room
Each week we gather together to sing a few songs, study the Bible together, and offer up our prayers to God. If you love to fellowship intimately with other believers in the family of faith, this is the group for you.
Young Adult Bible Study
Thursdays at 7:00pm
Our Young Adult Bible Study meets in the Youth Garage. Ages 18-30ish are welcome to join us as we grow in our faith walk using a variety of materials.
Small Groups
Each week we gather together to sing a few songs, study the Bible together, and offer up our prayers to God. If you love to fellowship intimately with other believers in the family of faith, this is the group for you.
Praise Team
We practice each Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:00pm
At Mt Pleasant Church, we are blessed with an amazing Praise Team and well-equipped Sound Booth. If you love to sing songs of praise or play a musical instrument and are willing to share your passion to help benefit others, consider joining our praise team.
Fellowship and Community
Men’s Fellowship
Third Saturday of each month at 8:00am
The men of the Congregation meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month. During this time of fellowship, they enjoy breakfast, followed by a Bible study/Discussion, and fellowship. So, if you are a guy looking for a great way to meet the men of the Congregation and love to eat, here is a perfect chance to do both!
If you have never taken the opportunity to come to this, please consider coming. It is a wonderful time of fellowship and Ministry!
Women’s Fellowship
Tuesdays at 1:00pm
The women of our congregation gather to grow as disciples and fellowship together.
All women are welcome to join us in the Gathering Room for a Bible Study, prayer, and time to connect with our Sisters in Christ.
Dinner for Eight
Dinner for Eight is a fellowship opportunity that runs each Spring and Fall.
It is a an opportunity to gather together and share a meal and fellowship in one another’s homes. Many have built lasting connections with brothers and sisters in Christ that they would have been unlikely to have even met otherwise. Watch the church bulletin for more details and sign-up.
If you have never taken the opportunity to come to this, please consider coming. It is a wonderful time of fellowship and Ministry!
Grief Share
We invite all those grieving to join us in healing with Elder Nina Parrish.
Each session includes a video, discussion, and reflection using the provided workbook.
This is a free outreach to help anyone struggling with any type of grief. All are welcome. We will meet in the church Gathering Room, you may enter through the door on the right side of the church.
Grief Share holds two 13-week sessions a year, in the Spring and Fall. Contact the church office for current dates and times.
Ask a Nurse
Second Wednesday of every month, 10am-12pm
Check out our Ask a Nurse ministry the second Wednesday of every month to talk to one of our congregation’s many nurses. At our Ask a Nurse event, we can check blood pressures, train on use of certain medical equipment, organize your medical information, and offer resources for whatever your needs are. We also have medical equipment available that you may borrow in a time of need, such as walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, and more. No appointment or registration necessary. This ministry is open to all.
**Ask A Nurse does take a break over the summer, however, if you have a need, please contact the church office and they can assist.
Lydia's Stitchers
First and Third Friday of every month, 9am-3pm
If you like to sew, quilt, crochet or knit, you may want to join Lydia’s Stitchers! We meet in The Gathering Room. Come any time you can! Bring your machine and basic sewing tools. Beginners are welcome – bring a sewing machine if you have one. We have all other equipment needed. Male or female, come and create as part of a mission group here at Mt. Pleasant. Bring a lunch, bring a friend.
